By applying to become a Juntos Avanzamos designated credit union, your credit union will:

Juntos Avanzamos Designation Criteria
To be considered for the Juntos Avanzamos designation, credit unions must demonstrate a strong and measurable commitment to serving Hispanic and immigrant communities through inclusive policies, culturally relevant practices, and accessible financial products.
Credit unions must meet the following requirements to qualify for the designation.
- They must be active Inclusiv members
- Hispanic representation is evident among board, leadership and front-line staff
- A commitment to serving Hispanic and immigrant communities is embedded within the organization mission, strategy and demonstrated through community partnerships
- Must show ability to provide bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities including through member service, marketing materials, and brand visibility within the community
- Offers accessible and affordable financial products, such as ITIN lending and flexible identification policies
- Provides culturally relevant financial education and empowerment services

Certification Designation and Maintenance:
To obtain and maintain this designation, the credit union affirms its agreement to upload the following:
- All minimum requirements for designation, including governance and representation, inclusive and accessible accounts and lending products, bi-lingual capability, and culturally relevant financial empowerment services.
- Participate in Juntos Avanzamos and Inclusiv network activities, webinars, and collaborative initiatives.
- Submit periodic updates, data, or reports as requested by Inclusiv to demonstrate ongoing compliance.
